These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of i-Freight Board / inlOBU’s cargo/shipment management and truck load board system ("Services"). By using our website, app, or any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

6. Shipment & Load Postings

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of shipment and load data. We do not guarantee the availability, safety, or quality of any shipment or carrier posted on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, i-Freight Board / inlOBU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Privacy

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with the "Effective Date" above. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
